Will there be any measurement tolerance for custom-made sofas or bed frames?

Yes. All Sufól custom furniture is handcrafted, so a small tolerance of ±1cm–3cm is considered normal. This slight variation does not affect the product’s structure, stability, or comfort.
Why is there a slight difference in curves, stitching, or detailing compared to the sample or photo?

Every custom-made piece is individually crafted by hand. This means small variations in curve shape, stitching lines, or detailing may occur, which is a natural characteristic of handmade furniture, not a defect.
Will fabric colors appear slightly different from the sample swatch?

Are natural variations normal for handcrafted products?

Yes. Because each item is built by skilled craftsmen from scratch, minor variations in tension, stitching, foam settling, and fabric texture are expected. These variations are part of what makes every Sufól custom piece unique.
Does the small tolerance affect quality or durability?

Not at all. Measurement or stitching tolerances do not affect the durability or performance of the furniture. The internal structure, materials, and support systems follow Sufól’s strict quality standards.
Can handmade custom furniture be 100% identical to digital designs or reference photos?

Fully handcrafted products will naturally have subtle differences. We follow your reference closely, but due to craftsmanship processes, 100% precision to the millimeter is not practical or expected for handmade furniture.
What if the fabric shade or texture differs slightly from expectations after delivery?

We always match your chosen fabric as accurately as possible. Slight differences between batches are normal in the textile industry. These do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
Why do handcrafted sofas sometimes appear slightly softer or firmer than the showroom model?

Each sofa is built individually, and material behavior like foam settling, natural latex density, and microgel filling may vary slightly. The comfort will stabilize after a short usage period as the materials adapt to your body.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

How long does it take to produce a custom-made item?

The standard production lead time is 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the design complexity and material availability. A more accurate schedule will be provided upon order confirmation.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Orders above RM18,000 are eligible for FREE Classic Delivery within our standard routes. For orders below RM18,000, delivery charges typically range from RM150–RM850, depending on your location.
What delivery options can I choose from?

We provide three levels of delivery service:
1.Classic Delivery – Standard delivery service with unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal.
2.Combine Delivery – Free delivery for smaller orders following our preset schedule.
3.Deluxe Delivery – Time-sensitive or personalized delivery service, tailored to your requested date and time. Charges apply based on location.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes. You may reschedule delivery free of charge if notice is given at least 5 working days in advance. Rescheduling within 5 working days will incur a fee starting from RM200, depending on your delivery destination.
Do you provide old furniture disposal?

Sufól does not provide furniture removal or relocation. However, our delivery partners may offer assistance at their discretion and charges may apply. Please note, this is a third-party arrangement and Sufól is not liable for damages or disputes.
What if my furniture cannot fit into the lift or doorway?

If staircase delivery is required, an additional charge of RM50 per item per floor applies. Please inform us in advance if your building has accessibility limitations. For oversized items above 60kg, our team may decline stair delivery for safety reasons.
Do you offer storage if I cannot receive my order immediately?

Yes. We provide free storage for up to 28 days from the date your order is completed. Beyond this period, a storage fee of 5% of the product value per month will be charged.
What should I do upon receiving my furniture?

We recommend inspecting your furniture immediately upon delivery. Any visible damages should be reported on the spot to our delivery team or your sales representative. Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted unless covered under warranty.
