At Sufól, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted furniture and are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, securely, and on time. All items are professionally packed and delivered by trained personnel. Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date, based on available time slots. The estimated lead time is also stated on your order confirmation.

 

1. Professional Local Delivery Service

We work with experienced logistics partners to offer two-person local delivery, including:

      – Delivery to your designated room

      – Unpacking and assembly

      – Installation of components

      – Removal of packaging materials

*This ensures both the integrity of your furniture and a premium delivery experience.

 

2. Production & Delivery Lead Time

All Sufól furniture is made to order.

      – Standard Customization (based on our existing designs/templates):
Estimated delivery within 4 to 6 weeks.

      – Fully Customized Orders (your own design or internet reference templates):
Estimated delivery within 6 to 8 weeks, or longer depending on complexity and material sourcing.

*We begin production only after full confirmation of the order.

 

3. Delivery Options

We offer three levels of delivery service:

I. Classic Delivery – Delivery charges apply based on location, typically RM150–RM850, orders above RM18,000 are eligible for FREE Delivery. We will arrange delivery according to our route schedule and notify you several days in advance.

If you have a preferred delivery window (e.g., during the week of May 21), please inform your sales representative during purchase. We will attempt to arrange delivery within 7 days before or after your preferred week, based on availability.

      – Change requests made at least 5 working days prior: Free of charge (1 time)

      – Last-minute changes (within 5 days): RM200 rescheduling fee applies.

II. Combine Delivery & Logistics Conditions

      – Standard Eligibility: Complimentary (FREE) delivery may be granted for orders with a total value of RM18,000 and above, strictly subject to SUFOL’s preset delivery schedules and logistical routing. Preferred delivery dates requested by the Customer or Trade Partner are accepted as references but are strictly not guaranteed. 

      – Fuel Surcharge & Geographic Location Adjustments: Due to the ongoing instability and fluctuations in international diesel and fuel prices, SUFOL reserves the absolute contractual right to audit and adjust delivery fees on a case-by-case basis. Based on the specific delivery region, geographical location, or transit distance from our logistical hub, SUFOL reserves the right to:
(a)
Waive the delivery charges entirely (Full Free Delivery); OR
(b) Impose a partial logistics fee equivalent to 50% (half) of the standard delivery rate. The final applicable delivery fee structure will be verified and stated on the official invoice prior to order confirmation.

      – Preferred delivery dates are accepted but not guaranteed.

      – Rescheduling incurs a RM200 fee if made within 5 days.

      – Customers must accept delivery during the first arranged window. Missing the delivery may cause delays and reallocation to a later schedule.

III. Deluxe Delivery – For time-sensitive deliveries, we offer a personalized delivery service tailored to your requested date and time. Charges range from RM450 to RM1,500, depending on location.

4. Delivery Scheduling

Once your goods are ready, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery time at your convenience, subject to available delivery slots.

      – Estimated delivery dates will be arranged in advance and are for reference only.

      – For Combine Delivery, if the customer does not accept the earliest available truck schedule, they must notify us within 5 working days. The next available schedule may extend beyond the originally estimated time frame.

 

5. Old Furniture Disposal or Moving

Sufól does not provide old furniture removal or relocation services. However, you may negotiate directly with our delivery partners on the day of delivery.
Please note:

      – Charges are at the discretion of the driver/delivery crew.

      – Sufól is not liable for damages or disputes arising from this third-party arrangement.

      – Our delivery partners may decline assistance if:

    • Furniture cannot fit into the elevator

    • Items show signs of infestation (termites, bedbugs)

    • Items are too heavy or pose risk

    • Customer refuses to pay agreed fees

    • Items are fragile or hazardous (glass, marble, etc.)

 

6. Staircase Delivery & Accessibility

Before placing your order, confirm with our sales team or sales representative whether your building layout can accommodate the item size (doorways, elevators, staircases).

If staircase delivery is required:

      – RM50 per item per floor applies.

      – Please notify us in advance if your unit is above ground floor and no lift is available, or the item does not fit into the elevator.

      – If our team discovers this on-site, we will assess feasibility. Rescheduling or additional charges may apply.

*For safety reasons, we reserve the right to decline stair delivery for items over 60kg. In such cases, you may arrange your own method of transport, but we will not be liable for damages or delays.

 

7. Rescheduling Delivery

We allow delivery rescheduling with no additional charge when:

      – Notice is given at least 5 working days in advance (between 11:00am – 8:30pm).

For rescheduling made within 5 working days of the confirmed delivery date:

      – A rescheduling fee from RM200 will apply (depending on the delivery destination).

 

8. Delivery Delays

Unexpected events (weather, traffic, etc.) may affect delivery timing. We reserve the right to reschedule as needed. Sufól is not liable for any direct or indirect losses due to delays. To reschedule, kindly notify us before 5 working days in advance.

Note: Custom-made furniture or items that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

 

9. Free Storage Service

We offer up to 28 days of free storage from the date of completion of the order. Beyond this, a storage fee of 5% of the product value per month will be charged.

*Please notify us at checkout if you need extended storage or a specific delivery window, so we can plan production and delivery accordingly.

 

10. Product Inspection & Acceptance

Upon delivery, the customer or a designated representative must inspect the items immediately after unpacking.

      – Report any visible damages or issues on the spot to the delivery team or your sales representative.

      – Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted unless covered under warranty.

Our customer service will respond within 5 working days. Incomplete information may cause delays. All warranty-related decisions (repair/replacement) are at Sufól’s sole discretion.

*Repairs or replacements will follow the next available delivery schedule. We are not liable for losses arising from waiting periods.
